Good Morning and How are you this morning?

I Hope you are fine. I’ve thought to write an article about a culture. And,I'm so lucky because yesterday was my day. Yesterday was a special day at Timbrah Village. Because on that day,we celebrated Usaba Muhu-Muhu. Usaba Muhu-Muhu is one of holy ceremony at Timbrah. And It held always on Month of January every Year exactly after we celebrated Sivaratri Ceremony. It is a unique tradition. Do you want to know about Usaba Muhu-Muhu? I Think yes. Hehehe..

So,lets check this one out...!

Usaba Muhu-Muhu,A Great Moment To Keep Solidarity

                January,16th 2018 is a special day for me. I feel so lucky that I can join the activities of Usaba Muhu-Muhu at Timbrah. So,Usaba Muhu-Muhu look likes celebration of Idul Adha for Muslim. Why I said like that. It because on Usaba Muhu-Muhu we used A Buffalo for a religious offering (sacrifice).

First of all,the society here was gathered around 10.00 Am at Bale Agung Timbrah.  And prepared the equipment to executed the buffalo.

                           The photograph above showed us that the Timbrah society begun to prepared and gathered at Bale Agung Timbrah. All of the people gathered at one place and one moment. This is why I chose the title like that. It absolutely increase the society solidarity. The people who are work outside of Karangasem Regency were back and joined this holy ceremony.

All of the people were gathered in one place and in one moment. This is what I said whit , Usaba Muhu Muhu will make the society increase the solidarity.

Yes you are right. The black buffalo is ready and steady to be a religious offering.

Look..! So big,and so strong!

Let me introduce you,the Butcher!! Wkwkwwk

He is the one who kill the Buffalo yesterday. He bring a sharp long knife and look SAVAGE!! uuuuuu..

I remember,he sticked the buffalo four times and the buffalo slowly down lost its blood and die.

Almost die..! The Butcher was so Savage!

I Got your head!! Lets going home.. wkwkwk

I'm Done! 

After long and exhausted way to kill the buffalo,finally we have the complete meat of it. So,the question is.. what for the meat is? So,the buffalo's meat is become the main material to make "Lawar". Lawar is a Balinese dishes. Its made by compound of coconut and meat. A half of the meat is become a religious offering and the remain is become Lawar. All of the people was ate together it called "Megibung". But before that,the people must waiting the another people who are praying at Pura Dalem Tengah Timbrah.

And after all,we finally "Megibung" as the last activity of Usaba Muhu-Muhu.

This is the solidarity of Bali!! Its called "Menyame Braye".
