G : “ I’m sorry I don’t
have a reservation”
R : “What type of room
do you need Sir.”
G : “I need a standart
room with non smooking floor”
R : “How long will you stay Sir? “
G : “Just for 3 nights
please”
R “How many people will
stay with you? “
G : “ I come with my
family. My wife, one (1) daughter she is 3 years old and two (2) sons.”
R : “Alright Sir. Let
me check the room please”
In several minute..
R : “Excuse me Sir.
We’re really sorry. The room is not available right now. But we have another
room. It is the deluxe room with non smooking floor too. It has a good view
which is facing the ocean view. And the rate only Rp.1.000.000,- /night. It is
exclude tax and services. Would you like to take that room Sir? “
G : “Yes,please”
R ; "So,you will take two rooms. It is double bed room and twins bed room,is that correct Sir?"
G : "Absoultely.."
R : “Would you like to
fill this registration form please? “
G “ Can you complete it
for me please?”
R : “Yes,sure. May I
have your identity card please? “
G : “Here you are “
R :”Please wait a
moment Sir. I will fill up your registration form. “
In several minute..
R : “Excuse me,Mr.Andrew
(Example). Would you like to sign the registarton form please?
G : “Yes,please.”
R : “ Mr.Andrew. I’ve
done complete your registartion form. And how about the payment? “
G : “Thank You. I will
pay by cash”
R : “Sure. Would you
like to pay the deposite payment minimal for 1 night it’s only Rp.1.000.000,-
. .You are reserved 2 rooms,so you have to pay Rp.2.000.000,- fo the deposite payment"
G : “Yes. Here you are

R : “ Mr.Andrew. Your
room number is on 201. Your room rate is Rp.1.000.000,-/night it is excluding
21% tax and services. You will check in today and check out on Pebruary,8th
2018. Here is your ID card,cash receipt and breakfast voucher.”
G : “Thank you. “
R ; “Do you need a
bellboy Mr.Andrew? “
G : “Yes please.”
R : “So,please wait a
moment I will call the bellboy”

R ; “He is our bellboy.
He will escort you to your room. “

Berikan guest card dan
room key kepada bellboy..
R : “Thank you so much
for staying with us. We hope you will enjoy your stay. If there’s anything
