B : “Well. Mr Andrew. We’ve arrived in front of your room. So this is your room,it is 201. Please wait a moment I’ll open the door for you. “ (Mengetuk pintu) “ ( Tok..tok..tok.. God morning. Bellboy please. (3 kali) )” Jika tidak ada jawaban dari dalam kamar,pintu dapat dibuka dengan pelan-pelan..

B : “After you Mr.Andrew.. (Letakan Luggages di Luggage Rack,mulai menjelaskan kamar”

G : “Yes,thank you. “

B : “ Mr.Andrew welcome to your room. First,if you want to turn on the lamp you just have to put in your key on this slot. So the lamps and all of the electric device will be on. This is your  wardrobe. There is Ten (10) hangers. This is your laundry list. And also your laundry Bag. If you have dirty clothes you can use our Laundry service. Just dial 5 for it.

G : “Alright..”

B ; “Well this is your Mini Bar. You have some sprites here and also the snacks. But,it is not free. If you concume it,the bill will be on your guest bill. Here you have a Caffe Table. There are a sugar,coffe,and complete with its cup and saucer. And the good news is,it is free for you.

G ; “Sounds good”

B : “ Mr.Andrew,this is your private balcony. If you want to open the door you just have to push this button. You may enjoy the sunset here,relax your body or even doing your private job. Let’s come in to the room agin Mr.Andrew. “

G : “Oh it so splendid view. I like it. Okay,come on “

B : “ Mr.Andrew,this is your Air Conditioner (AC) remote controll. If you want to increase the temperature you may press the top button.While if you want to decrease the temperature you may press the bottom button. If you want turn off the AC you may press the red button. And this is your Telephone complete with the stationary here. If you want to get a room service you may dial 6 to the restaurant. If you need a lundry service you may dial 5 to the Housekeeping. While,if you need anything else you may dial 0 to the reception “

G : “Its good”

R : “Mr.Andrew if you have valuables things you may keep it on your safe deposite Box. Here is your safe deposit box you may open it by using your own room key,just put in on this slot. Please keep safe your room key,so your valuable things will be safe too.”

G : “Okay,thanks for your information”

R : “This is your private Television. There are 5 chanel here. You can enjoy with this remote TV :”

G : “ Good”

R : “ Well. Do you want to know your private bathroom? “

G : “Yes,sure.”

R ; “Mr.Andrew,this your private bathroom. You have a special bathtub here. If you want fill up it with water you can push this button. If you want the hot water you may push the red button.While,if you want the cold water you may push the blue water. If you want to fix it you may push this black button. You also have a special shower here. If you want to use it you can push this button. Same with the bathtub,if  you want the hot water you may push the red button.While,if you want the cold water you may push the blue water. If you want to fix it you may push this black button. This is your shaving kit Mr.Andrew,this is give away for you. While,this is your soap,shampoo and the bathroom suplies. You also have bath towel,face towel and also the hand towel.

G : “Wah,it so cool”

R : “Mr.Andrew . Do you have a question before I leave? “

G : “No,thanks”

R : “Well. That’s all about your room services and facilities Mr.Andrew. I Hope you will enjoy to stay with us. Thank you so much,have a great day. “

Apabila diberikan tipping dan sejenisnya ..

R : "We're really sorry. We don't allowed to take a tips from the guest It is becaused it already include on government tax and service. Thank you. "
